10 # cheap hamburger
24 egg yolks
2 c. molasses
2 c. oil
2 boxes of Total (I’ve used oatmeal, spelt, whatever grain)
4 packages of Knox gelatin
Optional:
1 jar of wheat germ (I don’t do this)
¼ c. salt (I do this)
Mix together, form into balls (1/2 to 1 c size) and place on cookie sheet
Place in freezer and get a surface freeze. Put in zip lock bag to store.
